Developers can call a Workspace for the purpose of displaying it in the Service Desk interface. This will alleviate the need for the user to have to search manually for the Workspace. 

Once returned, the user can right-click on the Workspace and choose to Delete.

The URL to call contains the Client and Matter:

https://cloudimanage.com/workspaces?filters=custom1~%3D~09058;and;custom2~%3D~054;and;action=delete

The firm will need to use their base URL if they are not using CloudiManage or if they are using iManage.work.

In the example above, “09058” represents the Client and “054” represents the Matter.
